After six months off line we are back and ready to meet the fall with both feet on the ground. Apologies from this cinema girl for being MIA, but sometimes life takes us in incredible directions. But Dexter and I have returned to the land of the living. Working with the lovely, Jenny Seagrove, on a feature film set in the Hebrides and the Barrett film is financed and we are onto the production draft of the script. In our absence, the talented Nora Ephron died and I, as a woman writer-producer, give a prayer of thanks that Nora Ephron showed that women can do it all and do it very, very well indeed. Here is to you, Nora, an inspiration.
